The spy photographers over at WCF were able to catch the 2015 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Estate prototypes undergoing testing on the Nürburgring.  (check out the photo gallery below)

Allegedly set for a September 24 online reveal in both sedan an estate body styles, the C63 AMG will be powered by a twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter engine. In the AMG GT it will generate 462 PS (340 kW) and 510 PS (375 kW) in the AMG GT-S while the C63 AMG’s output is probably going to be somewhere in the middle. There are also talks about an S-Model variant with slightly more PS but this still hasn’t been confirmed yet.

The C63 AMGs will get the usual ingredients from Affalterbach such as a slightly more aggressive body with bigger vents, muscular wheel arches, lower sports suspension and a quad pipe setup. The cars will also boast enlarged brakes and several cabin tweaks to better differentiate the AMG model from the standard version.

Mercedes-Benz plans on expanding the C63 AMG lineup in the years to come with similar versions of the yet unreleased coupe and cabriolet body styles. Before that, the sedan and wagon will go public in October at the Paris Motor Show, with sales to commence before the end of the year.
