Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake Spied with Minimal Coverage

The photos clearly show the Shooting Brake with the same waistline as the saloon and what appear to be identical tail-lights

The Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake has been spied once again, and with only minimal coverage on the rear end, we are able to see more of the CLS Shooting Brake styling elements than ever before.

The photos clearly show the Shooting Brake with the same waistline as the saloon and what appear to be identical tail-lights. The roofline slopes downwards at the rear to maintain a CLS coupe styled profile, and we can see a top-mounted wind deflector above the rear windscreen.

The tailgate is bordered by the tail-lights and bumper, and the lower section of the bumper has the same shape as the saloon’s. The only thing left to our imagination is the rear side window, which has been covered by black covering with a dummy window line.

Engine options have yet to be confirmed, however, power will likely be generated from a variety of petrol and diesel engines taken from the CLS with an AMG option down the road. Photos Via: Auto Express

Mercedes-Benz C63 T AMG Supersport by Kicherer

The speed on the Mercedes C63 AMG Estate by Kicherer is 0-62 mph in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 198 mph

German Tuner Kicherer revealed today their C63 T AMG Supersport based on the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Estate. The Mercedes Estate receives almost 100 extra horsepower. The standard 451 hp and 600 Nm of torque seen on the standard C63 AMG is increased by Kicherer for the C63 T AMG to 550 Ps and 640 Nm of torque. The increased speed result is a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration time in a mere 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 320 km/h.

In order to attain such high performance levels, the Kicherer’s C63 AMG estate was fitted with a sports air filter, a stainless steel sports exhaust system, a new manifold, and a re-mapped ECU.

Kicherer also lowered the Mercedes C63 AMG ride height and gave it massive 21 inch alloy wheels. To improve stopping power, the Kicherer Mercedes C63 T AMG Estate is fitted with composite brakes.

A carbon-fiber aerodynamic kit consists of a front spoiler with flaps, widened arches, a side sill set, rear diffuser, new front grille and side-mirror shells.

For the interior, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG estate by Kicherer offers a Nappa leather upholstery, combined with an Alcantara dashboard, door covers and roof lining.

Kicherer has not yet announced the price of the T Supersport program.
