Mercedes-Benz continues to expand its highly desirable model range this year with the addition of the awe-inspiring new Mercedes-AMG GT S, the ultra-exclusive Mercedes-Maybach S600, the sporty and versatile GLE, the sleek and stylish new GLE Coupe and the highly anticipated new GLC that will succeed the popular GLK when it arrives in U.S. showrooms in late November. In addition, smart will also welcome a redesigned smart fortwo that will launch in the U.S. market in September.

Only a few short months from now, dealerships in the United Kingdom will begin receiving the 2014 Mercedes S 63 AMG. The starting price tag for a S 63 AMG in the UK, 119, 565 GBP. There are multiple options available that can raise that price however.
For example, if you want to remove to top speed limited in order to reach speeds of 186 mph over the standard 155 mph, it will cost you 2,760 GBP. It will be the cheapest way you’ll ever add an extra 21 mph speed to your car.
Other available option are the AMG High Performance Ceramic Composite Braking System (that you’ll need if you remove the speed limiter) for 7,090 GBP and a AMG Exterior Carbon Package for 5,000 GBP.

Mercedes-Benz has released pricing information for the new A 45 AMG for the Euro market.
The base A45 AMG model will cost € 49,682.50, but for € 56,977.20, you can get the limited edition A45 AMG “Edition 1”. For the extra cash, you get updated interior and exterior details that include an exterior paint finish in cirrus white with matte grey racing stripes, radiator grille, side mirrors, rear aerofoil and brake calipers with red highlights. The “Edition 1” also receives upgraded matte black multi-spoke wheels with AMG hubcaps with the AMG Night Package and Aerodynamics Package coming standard.
The extra money spent on the A45 AMG “Edition 1” doesn’t just upgrade the exterior, it also adds several interior touches. Black and red dominate the interior with red contrasting stitching embellishing the AMG Performance seats. The top section of the dashboard is done in ARTICO man-made leather and the AMG Performance steering wheel is finished in nappa leather/DINAMICA microfiber. There’s also an E-SELECT lever with embossed AMG emblem and the “Edition 1″ badge on the AMG DRIVE UNIT.
Whether you’re in the market for the “Edition 1” or the base model of Mercedes’ smallest AMG model you’re going to have to wait just a little bit longer as deliveries aren’t expected to begin until August.
When they do arrive, customers will not be disappointed as both A45 AMG’s are setting new standards in the high-performance for the compact class, combining a peak output of 360 hp (265 kW) and maximum torque of 332-lb-ft (450 Nm) with low fuel consumption: roughly 34.5 miles per gallon (6.9 litres of petrol per 100 kilometers).
Mercedes-Benz has announced pricing for the 2013 G-Class in the United Kingdom, its base price will be 82,495 pounds ($128,535 USD 8/6/12) OTR for the entry-level G 350 BlueTEC model. The G350 BlueTEC is powered by a 211bhp 3.0 litre V6 engine that delivers 25.2 mpg and 295 g/km respectively.
Top out the G-Class range is the new G 63 AMG, priced at £123,115 OTR and features hand built, 544bhp bi-turbo 5.5 litre V8 AMG engine with 760 Nm of torque, a 37 hp improvement and 60 Nm improvement over the outgoing Mercedes G 55 AMG.
Making the G 63 AMG stand apart from the G-Class range is a unique AMG radiator grille with matching chrome fins that run through the black mesh grille, AMG wheel-arch extensions finished in the vehicles color, a bespoke AMG sports exhaust system with chromed twin tailpipes and 20″ five-twin-spoke alloy wheel design in a Titanium Grey high-sheen finish.
Inside the new G 63 AMG is single-tone designo leather trim, an AMG selector lever with leather insets and an embossed AMG emblem, AMG stainless steel illuminated door sill panels complete with AMG lettering and an AMG instrument cluster with colored display.
Across the range, new Mercedes-Benz G-Class vehicles will see enhancements to the drivetrain, slight exterior changes, like new grille element and LED daytime running lights, and upgraded comfort and safety technologies. The updated interior is fitted with COMAND online, instrument cluster with color display, new leather upholstery in conjunction with heated front and rear seats, and a Harman Kardon Logic 7 surround sound audio system. Fitted as standard as well is Parktronic, an audio and visual parking aid.
