The guys over at Jalopnik posted the top ten automotive doppelgangers and we can’t say that we’re surprised to see the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the Kia Amanti.  It may not have felt or driven like a Mercedes but it certainly looked like one from the front.

KTW Tuning, together with master tuners, Brabus, have proven it is never to late to upgrade your car, especially if it is a Mercedes-Benz.  Together, KTW and Brabus designed an upgrade kit for the 2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon.

Giving it a more aggressive look, the updated pre-facelift current-generation Mercedes estate has received several exterior updates, a new front apron, front grille, redesigned fenders and sill trims. The 2010 E-Class also received Brabus door sills, door pins and aluminum pedal pads.

The exterior was not the only part of the E-Class to be upgraded, the engine received a power boost as well.  The 228 bhp 3.0-liter engine fitted on the E 350 CDI version can now deliver 308 bhp thanks to a Brabus developed ECO PowerXtra D65 kit. The Bottrop tuning specialist also added quad exhaust pipes and a set of 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Pirelli tires to the E-Class.
