From the moment you order, your wood shutters are completely custom made. Whether you choose Western Red Cedar, Honduras Mahogany, or Spanish Cedar, the wood is hand selected, and patiently kiln-dried to prevent expansion and contraction in different weather conditions for our Louver styles.Your wooden shutter is then put together by using a traditional mortise and tenon hardwood peg construction. A nail or a screw is used, ensuring your Timberlane shutter will hang straight and true for years on end. Choose to receive your shutters fully painted, primed, or unfinished.
