A couple of weeks ago we brought you the 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK fully uncovered in a leaked French commercial and now we have a video filmed by the SLK’s lead development engineer, Michael Scheer. The video stars MERCEDES GP PETRONAS F1 driver Nico Rosberg taking the upcoming SLK for a test drive and modeling the interior in the south of France along the Côte d’Azur.
Rosberg comments on the luxurious interior and the comfort suspension, but the most notable feature of the 2012 SLK is the MAGIC SKY CONTROL ROOF that is briefly shown at the end. The transparent glass roof can be lightened or darkened on demand in a matter of seconds.
