To those of you patiently awaiting the arrival of the 2008 Mercedes C-Class, or more specifically, the C63 AMG, Inside Line published an article yesterday that aims to shed some additional light as to what we can expect from the forthcoming model.
According to Mario Spitzner, AMG director of marketing and sales/branding: "It would be sportier and more crisp in the future," but he also added: "The world doesn't need two M3s."
Spitzner then went on to comment on the overall feel of the vehicle, noting the new model "should tell me what it is doing, but it should not scream at me."
Unfortunately, that's all that was divulged about the new model. Inside Line did mention the fact they believe the C63 will output in upwards of 450 horsepower, although I'd personally like to see at least 480; what the exact figure is, we'll find out soon enough.
In the meantime, head over to Inside Line to check out the full C63 AMG article.
