Automobile Magazine's Take On The Mercedes S65 AMG's 604 Horsepower V12

"When is too much power too much" is the question posed by Automobile magazine, and the answer, at least according to them, is in the case of the S65  AMG.

After analyzing how AMG-tuned Mercedes models are nothing more than powerful engines dropped into standard cars (as opposed to BMW's M-Series that they state "tunes the entire car to work harmoniously"), Automobile then delivers a gripping narrative of what happens when you accelerate in an S65 without traction and stability control engaged.

Yeah, you guessed it - you lose traction.

And while I could take the time to defend the S65, explaining the error of the aforementioned statements and once again stating the validity of such a vehicle, I, quite frankly could care less what Automobile or their poorly-endowed editors think.  I would like to note however that if  you ever find yourself seated behind wheel of the 600+ horsepower Merc sedan (a sedan that by all accounts is vastly superior to any "M" model ever produced by BMW) and the only question you're asking is whether or not it's too powerful, then you, like the editors of Automobile, need also to question the extent of your manhood, because quite frankly, you embarrass me as well as the rest of those who actually possess testicles.

To learn more, head over to Automobile for their full review.

Thanks for the tip Jinx.
