 According to our pals over at Jalopnik, a lawsuit has been filed claiming the talented yet semi-retarded Kanye West and his company, Konman Entertainment, Inc., have failed to return a leased Mercedes G500.
The suit, filed by DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, alleges that the hip hop star personally guaranteed the $1,295 a month payment for the G-Wagon back in 2002; but when the lease expired this past January, the car never appeared and the payments ceased.
DCFS is seeking $53,747.15 in the suit, which includes the car, back lease payments, late charges, and punitive damages.
Diamonds may be forever Kanye, but leases ain't.
