It's been approximately one day, nineteen hours, fifteen minutes and thirty-three seconds since we've mentioned the 2007, getting sexier every time I see it, Mercedes CL-Class; but thanks to an omniscient reader who graciously took the time and effort to
bestow us with a few tidbits of never-before heard Mercedes info, that drought is about to end.
That, ladies and gentlemen, is because this reader sent us the first official photographs of what is an undeniably-beautiful vehicle - the 2007 Mercedes CL-Class equipped with an AMG sport package. The wheels... the front apron... the side skirts... they're all so... ravishing...

| The 2028 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class |
| Posted June 30th, 2006 at 11:30 PM CST |

While browsing our inbox this afternoon, we received an email from our good friend Angrykirill, directing us to what appears to be the first ever shots of the forthcoming model year 2028 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class.
As you'll see from the photographs, highlights of this impeccably-styled turquoise Mercedes include a cheese-grater inspired front grille, the always-popular Lamborghini doors, and of course, a joystick steering control. Power/engine specifics aren't given, although I wouldn't be surprised to see some form of Doctor Emmett Brown's flux capacitor technology finally making its way into a series production Mercedes model. At this point, however, that's purely speculation on my part...

Since debuting in 2005, the Mercedes-Benz CapaCity has garnered much praise, due in large part to its ability to transport up to 193 passengers while still maintaining the agility of a normal articulated bus. Recently, the Mercedes CapaCity made headlines again, wrapping up a six-city tour of Germany
that showcased many of the bus' unique features to a number of prospective clients.
To celebrate the conclusion of the tour, DaimlerChrysler has published a press release today detailing several of the different city's highlights, as well as

| Posted June 29th, 2006 at 2:45 PM CST |

As many owners of classic Mercedes know, a common symptom of an aging vehicle is a reduction in braking performance. Gradually and sometimes imperceptibly, brake pedal pressure slowly rises, resulting in an increase of the vehicle's stopping distance as well as an increase in the force required to safely stop vehicle, especially in emergency braking situations.
Quite commonly, these symptoms are the result of an aging brake booster, a component whose primary function is to ensure that the pedal pressure exerted by the driver is
raised in the hydraulic lines of the brake system so as to bring the car to a standstill quickly and reliably...

While doing a touch of site maintenance and browsing the website of the always-ambitious Jalopnik boys, we ran across two photos of what I would surmise is the CL 65 AMG. Of course, it could be a CL 63 AMG variant featuring AMG's naturally aspirated 6.3-Liter V8, but my money's riding on twelve cylinders of unadulterated driving bliss.
Either way, CL fans are now salivating as we speak...

As you may remember, many, many moons ago we brought you spy photos of what was then called the Mercedes MLK, a BMW X3 fighter that reportedly will share a number of components with the upcoming C-Class.
Now, in an article published by the insightful kids over at Auto Bild, it's being reported the MLK moniker is a distant memory, replaced instead by the new and improved title of the "GLK." But the fun doesn't stop there, ladies and gentlemen - Auto Bild's article then goes on to state what we can expect to see from the GLK, based on... well I'm not really sure what it's based on, but I'll stoke the rumor flames anyways, and let you form your own conclusions...
