If the scores of other insightful Mercedes GL450 reviews haven't given you a clear picture of the new Benz SUV's handling, performance and design characteristics, an intrepid reader by the name of Bobby just sent us word of yet another GL critique, courtesy once again of the boys over at Inside Line.
Not to be confused with their "First Drive: 2007 Mercedes-Benz GL450," Inside Line's latest review offer an even more comprehensive look at the SUV tree-huggers love to hate.
In their second review, Inside Line complimented the GL's
"strong performance, quiet interior, V8 rumble, excellent fit and finish, and awesome seat comfort."
As for negatives, the reviewer noted that "the ride is a little floaty for some, third row legroom is tight compared to the R-Class, and the brake pedal is more flacid than Michael Douglas' erection, despite Catherine Zeta Jones' numerous attempts to convince us otherwise."
Wait a second... maybe they just said the brake pedal was soft; either way, you get the idea.
