Actually, it was our playfellows over at Jalopnik that found the Mercedes E Camino, but that's not what's important.  What is important is that you get your checkbooks handy, because you only have 6 days to get your bids in on this one-of-a-kind treasure.

The lovely vehicle you see picture above started life as a 2000 Mercedes E 320 S, where it was then shipped to Germany and upgraded to its current form at a "astronomical cost."  It's had only one caring owner, and with only 16,000 original miles, it's hardly been broken in.
