While going through our inbox this morning an astute reader by the name of Brad tipped us off to the fact that in their picks for the all stars of 2007, the fine gentlemen of Automobile magazine selected the Mercedes S-Class as one of their top ten vehicles of the new year.

The lone premium luxury sedan on the list, Automobile writer Gavin Conway had nothing but fine things to say about the S-Class, noting that the latest S "moves the bar for this class virtually out of sight."

We of course couldn't agree more.
