With the recent wave of Mercedes SLC spy shots making their rounds across the internet, it's no surprise that along with these photos come new renderings speculating what form the possible model will eventually end up taking. 

The latest publication to weigh in with their thoughts on the matter is German-based Auto Bild, who apparently believes the SLC will be the bastard child born from a late-night, drunken tryst between a Mercedes SLR McLaren and a 911 Turbo.  There's a touch of Gullwing present as well, but in the end I have to give Auto Bild's rendering a D+ for both lack of creativity and the fact their second rendering is on par with the graphics from a Nintendo 64 game.

The reigning Mercedes SLC rendering is still, without a doubt, Road & Track's mockup., but if it came down to it I'd take the SLC test mule as-is over the above-pictured rendering as well.
