While going through our inbox this tepid August afternoon, we received an email from our good friend Jinx, referring us to a follow-up test of the 2007 Mercedes E550 recently conducted by Inside Line.

In their review, testers praised the E-Class' solid feel, comfort, and of course, increased power, while negative marks were given as a result of the E-Class' slower slalom and braking times when compared to its German BMW and Audi rivals.

Ultimately, Inside Line's conclusion was exactly what you'd expect to hear from anyone that tests the new E - Mercedes took a superb model, and made it better.  More power, a slightly updated appearance, and a few other performance tweaks make an already desirable vehicle even more desirable.

It's as simple as that.
