Mercedes C-Class Makes U.S. Debut At The New York Auto Show

With the New York Auto Show opening its doors to the press today, the 2008 Mercedes C-Class has officially made its U.S. debut.  To celebrate the inaugural event, Mercedes-Benz USA as taken a moment to publish an in-depth press release highlighting the new model, with select topics including its engine variants, transmissions, design and safety features.  In addition, they've also published a photo collection showcasing both the C-Class Sport and Luxury models, demonstrating well the differences between the two...

It's All About The Benjamins:  Mercedes-Benz USA Reports Highest Ever March Sales

In financial news, Mercedes-Benz USA announced yesterday that for the month of March, sales of passenger cars rose 0.9 percent to 21,612 new vehicles, the highest ever March sales on record.  The figure brings MBUSA's year-to-date sales to 55,985 new units, an increase of 9.3 percent when compared to the first quarter of last year and also the highest first quarter on record for the U.S. division...

Uncovered:  Autoblog.nl Reveals The First Details Of The CLK63 AMG Black Series

Welcome back ladies and gentlemen; I hope you all had a marvelous weekend.  As you all know, there's been some speculation about what the new model will be making it's debut at the New York Auto Show, premiering alongside its CL65 AMG sibling.  Going through our inbox this morning, however, the question has been answered, thanks to our friend Vincent over at Autoblog.nl.  On his site, Vincent has uncovered the first pics of the new model, and it is indeed a CLK63 AMG Black Series (at least we assume that's the new model's moniker)...
