The new high flow exhaust header for the AMG 63 engine by KLEEMANN

Are you the exuberant new owner of a Mercedes powered by the prodigious AMG 63 engine that wants to add a dash of additional power to your already impressive powerplant?  If so, KLEEMANN has announced the introduction of new high flow exhaust headers for the M156 AMG 63 engine, the result of which is a power output increase of approximately 7% to 35 horsepower and 40 Nm of torque.

By increasing the diameter of the new headers' primary tubes by some 28 mm when compared to the standard product as well as increasing the down pipes' diameter, KLEEMANN engineers managed to better optimize air flow, resulting in the aforementioned power gains.

If you're interested, the new headers, constructed out of high quality stainless steel (304), are available for the E and CLS as well as ML and R-Class models.

OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE

More power for the 63 AMG engine

New high flow exhaust headers add up to 35 Hp and 40 Nm on the 63 AMG engine.

The KLEEMANN Exhaust Headers remove exhaust backpressure allowing the engine to breathe freely and thereby produce more power.

Supercharged as well as normally aspirated engines will benefit from the use of KLEEMANN high flow Headers. KLEEMANN Headers are available for most V6 and V8 engines - both the new 24/32 valve (M272/M273) generation - as well as the older 18/24 valve (M112/M113) generation.

Now KLEEMANN introduces a high flow exhaust Header system for the mighty AMG 63 (M156) engine.
The new headers feature primary tubes with a diameter increase of 28 mm compared to the standard product. Furthermore the down pipes´ diameter has been increased with another 28 mm for an optimized air flow all the way out to the 200 cell metal sporty cats.

The result is an increase in power output of approx 7% or up to 35 Hp and 40 Nm of torque.

The new headers made of high quality stainless steel (304) are available for the E and CLS as well as ML and R-Class models.
